Dear friendz ,,,,,is there any criteria for minimum contribution by partners in partnership????
can a patnership be formed with the capital contibution of Rs 5000 by each partner???
how much value of stamp paper is to be buy for this??

No share of contribution in partnership, or by way of cash does not exceed 50,000 : Five hundred rupees in Maharastra state.Value of stamp duty is depend upon its capital amount which are contributed by all partners.
