We gave our land to builder for development and in return he gave us 4 flats with one common aggrement mentioning each flat number on it, which we took each among 4 mutually
now i wish to take a loan on one flat which is supposed to be on my dad name, we have electricity on my dad name and also society issues maintennce bill on dads name. we dont have any problem among 4 brothers we just want this flats to get proper registered on each of us. builder is not helping in this regards.
can anyone suggest me how to get this flats registered on our names as aggregement is on our deseased fathers name.
can society issue shares on our names and then we should submit applciation to municipality to register flats on our names?
