Dear Professionals Please suggest on below case:-
My house and other ancestral property is in the name of Grand parents who's Seven sons/daughter. All daughters are married. Now I want to register my own share of property in either my name or respective owner after partition. All persons are mutually agreed for partition and no objection for registery. Please suggest how I can register share of each person in his name.
