1.We would like to start a Private Fun Club in Bangalore and spread across the cities and States ,The primary activity of the club includes the DVD /VCD movie rentals only for the registered members ,and the activities will be the indoor sports,fun programs,personality development programs,trainings and so on. Please provide the process and the legal rights involved to register the club and the movie rental aspect.
