Please immediately approach a local lawyer with all details of your property documents and ask him to take necessary action basing on the evidence. Even though it is not to knowledge that he cancelled the earlier documents unilaterally and doing some third party transactions, which may create problem for future. as you are aware of the deeds of your brother, it is better to get them declared as void documents before the court of law.
