Registered sale deed validity without plot measurement

Hi Experts, 

I want to know that Is any Registered Sale deed is valid and lawful if it doesn't contain its plot size (in Sq. Yards), its dimenstions (lxbxh), etc. It was executed in 1984. The purchaser is now deceased.

Kindly answer with the judgement or any section of property law regarding its validity.

Hi Rajesh,
yes,the sale deed is valid and lawful even if does not contain it's plot size and dimensions.you may go through the registered sale deed and in case you found the plot number(cs/RS/LR) the is mentioned or

boundary/chouhaddi is clearly mentioned or the extent of the property is mentioned and/or a scatch map have been attached with the registered sale deed,in that case the deed will be valid.
