Dear Sir / Madam,
Would like to know if Minor share court permission obtained say for X amount ( Sale deed made / Certified by Charted Engineer - valuer ) for a property and as per registration value its low say Y. Which one will be considered for registration for getting stamp papers. Seems Registration value is low just 50% of the X value.
Kindly advise and expertise your views.

Either the registration value as fixed by the Government, or the value of the transaction whichever is higher will prevail.
