sir a water purification plant is constructed beside my house in a society land and they are digging water from the ground by means of motor directly from ground.is it legally permissible for taking water from ground with motors for commercial purpose under water purification .if i want to stop that plant what shall i do

Complain to the Water Works Dept, which is actually futile and then file a case against the unit.

work is santioned by govt to private people how can we oppose it ?
Is there any such act as Neeru Meeru where water cannoted be digged using motors for private people in common land of a colony.can i get the details of neeru meeru program held durring TDP govt in AP
