Regarding the stamp paper

My father have sold a property .Regarding which party took sign of my father on stamp paper of Rs 100, on which they didn't mention the date of agreement,but this agreement was written 5 months ago .Now they are not making payment of property by making false reasons.Tell me how to prove it this document was 5 month old in case of registered or not registered.
