Regarding reserved catagory

sir kindly suggest me that there is rule '' NITS can strive 50% faculty of non domicile candidates recently there is advt 07 posts ; 0ne for professor, one for associate professor and five for asstt professor among 5 asstt professor posts 1 is unreserved, 2 for obc and 2 for sc that is total four were reserved now kindly tell me whether the obove said rule is applicable to reserved category i.e two reserved catagory candidate are domicile and two are non domicile will selected or among all 7 posts 3 will be non domicile and 4 will be domicile
