Regarding rectification deed

I took a loan for a property and its already registered too ( bank has the original registration document as the loan is still going on )

... There was an error in registration document and i got it rectified too with a Rectification Deed...

My question is that is it mandatory to submit the rectification deed to the bank ( when i called the bank person, he said, its not needed, since loan disbursement has anyways happened )

Please help me understand.

thx

after completion of loan amount, the bank may execute reconveyance deed.  so it is better to submit the rectification deed to the bank.

So long as you are not disputing the loan and transaction is good enough.
