A boy and girl got court marriage but their marriage doesnt work as they both work in different cities
The boy says that he will go anywhere to do job and his carrier and has no objection if wife works in that city where he resides
but the girl doesnt want to leave her company and wants boy to work in the same city she works
Now due to this difference they both applied for MCD before court
first motion over and the boy has paid 1 lac rupees as final settlement as per the documents but after first motion and getting money the girl as married to some one else
Is it legal?
if no that what steps boy can take?
