my father is 77 years old he had filed a civil case in cuddalore.it is original suit he had paid the court or stamp entire amount to the lawyer at the time of filling the case. the lawyer had told that the stamp or fee was paid fully.the case had come to the judgement stage we saw in the ecourt site that the court fee was in sufficiently paid and he had to pay court fee.now my doubt is how do we know how much fee we have to pay as the lawyer is not cooperative .and what we have to do to pay the fee ,the lawyer never told us about the status of the case.we had to know it only through the ecourt web site.we live in chennai as my father is sick he or i could not go to cuddalore regarding the case.
