Regarding civil case

i have filed a civil case in cuddalore court and yesterday was the hearing it was said that judgement would take place but the case has been postponed to january 24th of this month and it says that "considering the relief prayed by the plaintiff ,the plaintiff shall pay proper court fee.hence the registry is direceted to issue check slip to the plaintiff.clip to the plaintiff call on".what does this mean please clarify
