one person has filed a fake complain against me and I have got a summon.my lawyer has initiated for anticipatory bail process but got rejected by lower court , we have initiated in high court also but police is calling me for surrender. the other party is an influencer person. what should I do for my safety.

You may surrender at High court and apply for bail directly.

Unless the reasons for rejections of your bail by the two courts, it is not easy to answer your query. On top of that you have not given the facts of the case and the reasons why police wants you to surrender, it is difficult to responds your query. But one thing is clear that is registeration of criminal case is no grounds to automatically arrest a person charge with a criminal offence, unless there is compelling reasons for arrest by the police.
