I am working with Airport Authority of India (AAI) since october,2015.
Recently I got selected in ONGC.
I have applied and interviewed for ONGC before selection in AAI. I filled a agreement bond with AAI according to which.
I have to pay 5,00,000+ expenditure of training if I leave during Training.
and I have to pay 5,00,000 only if I leave from the date of posting(after training) and within one year.
my queries are:-
1) If I resign after releiving from training (but before posting), how much amount I have to pay?
2) can the bond be transferred to ONGC because I have applied for ONGC before got selected in AAI , ( AAI already mentioned in the bond that it can not be transferred to any govt PSU/govt department)?
3)If I resign one day after the posting , then how much amount I have to pay?
Please help me for this , I need answers ASAP.
