Regarding Writ Appeal

Hello members of the forum,

I filed a writ petition in the High Court which was dismissed overlooking certain points in the petition. Against that I filed an appeal in the same court which also was dismissed confirming the order for the petition. So, I want to approach the apex court for justice.

What is the time limit for the appeal in the Supreme Court?

What is the normal advocate fee to file and contest the appeal in the Supreme Court?

Normally how much time will it take to dispose off the appeal?

Thanks

Deepa

90 days from date of judgment.i advice you to file the case through a reputed law firm.they will take office expenditure ,consultation with sr.slp to come up by 3 to 6 months as computer allows in routine case.first time you wl have to go to delhi.if after consultation with sr. you are sure sr will take the case you proceed.generally up to slp first hearing 30 to forty thousand.for next rs 30000.more.from my personal experience.second hearing seldom necessary.

You   can file  slp  within 90  days from  the  date  of    judgment. So  far as  fee  and  duration  of litigation  are   concerned , thay   are   variable.
