In general there must be MOU in between employer and employee, and office bearers like President, General Secretary, Organisation Secretary should always work at a certain place where the corporate office is located and where management provided accommodation to Union.
The best course is contacting the parent party to which your union is affiliated to, and filing writ mandamus in HC against the victimization tactics of management.
