Regarding Shop registration.

I (lessor) have got to know that my lessee which is the owner of a garment shop since 10 years, hasn't registered his shop yet in the RTI. can I take a legal action / do I have the rights to tell him to vacate the shop?

its an offence under shops & Establishments Act. You can lodge compolaint with labour Dept of your state. According to my opinion its not a valid ground to to vacate the shop.
