Regarding RWA

I am living in DDA flats in Delhi and an RWA is there and I am paying maintenance and vehicle parking charges to the RWA per month. if any vehicle is stolen and/or maintenance has not done by RWA can I file complaint against them is they are responsible for the same ?

If your vehicle is stolen you have to complain to the police. Your RWA cannot be held responsible for theft even if you pay parking fees. If maintenance is not done you can go to consumer court. It is assumed that your RWA is registered.
