Regarding Eviction of tenant

Respected Legal authorities of India,

My relative has a case against her tenant for the eviction, since the tenant defaulted the rental payment for continous 1 year. Since there was a advance amount and caution amount, the case was started only after one year from his first default. Now the case is in Disposed state. After this what is the process and how long it will take for her to take the house in her possession? She is a widow and has no other house also.

Can anyone throw light on the further steps of this by court?

Hi, Does rule change with respect to State ?Anyway this belong to Tamilnadu. The case is ON and i want to know after the case status is "Disposed" how long it will take to get its possession to her (owner) ?

The courts take 20-30 years in such cases. Hire some goondas and get the tenant out.
