Regarding Capital Gain or Loss filling in ITR-4

I have earned Rs. 255/- (STT deducted) as Short term capital gain

and loose Rs. 4744/- as long term capital loss

Now how to show this both figure in my ITR-4. Please provide me exact field where I have to fill the STCG amount & LTC Loss amount.

Please help me
