Can 6Month Cooling Period Can
be Waived Of? If Yes Can I have Some Case laws In favour of this?

It can be waived in circumstances like :

the parties have genuinely settled their differences including alimony, custody of child or any other pending issues between the parties; the waiting period will only prolong their agony...

what is format of waive off cooling period application

Cooling period is for time pass. They think if you are divorcing some one then you should think more carefully. Maybe you can get together after some days ,patch up and make merry. That is why you have cooling period. You are hot from fights so you have to cool down. Otherwise you need to prove after so many years of separation you are already cold enough.
