Reg rti through register post

I have a query regarding sending RTI application via register post. Actually after completing our application, we are keeping the photocopy of the application and the receipt of Rs.10/- for further appealing and later sending the original appication via register post. And inreturn we get acknowledgement card as well.

When a situation comes of appealing to state authority, after appealed to appealing authority for no reply by PIO, Can PIO has chance to claim, the sender(applicant) has send only Blank papers to him, what is the proof he has sent the application that he is demanding' like that???

you can submit RTI application to the designated post offices who are authroised to collect Rs 10/- from you and send query to CPIO.

Your question is assumptive. No public officer will do as you feel. if you get such answer, you have to prove that fact.  You can also present your application in person that will reduce the time and your anxiety.
