Refusal to repair by neighbor above me

My neighbor living in apartment above mine's, is constantly refusing to conduct repair work in his bathroom, which is causing heavy seepage in my premisis.
Ours is a cooperative group housing, the Society manager and plumber has confirmed their faulty drains.

Please recommend me how should i go about this.
