We bought one flat in bangalore from a builder (builder share).. The sale and rectification deeds are done between land owner/vendor (builder is GPA),builder and me. In rectification deed, while referencing sale deed, it was mentioned that "developer/first party has executed sale deed in favour of purchaser/second party and the same was registered as XXXXX in CD YYYY on date ZZZZZ". Will it be a problem as land owner/vendor was not referenced in above statement? Will it cause in legal issues if I want to sell the property.
