Recruitment of constable in West Bengal Police

Hi all, I heard today (from a candidate) that a case is filed regarding the recruitment of constables in West Bengal Police and the joining of the selected candidates is stopped. I searched google but got nothing about it. Can anyone tell me who filed the case and who is/are the lawyer(s) in the case?
