My friend is fighting a fair rent case and lost in the lower court, the rent arrears pending on him is nearly 1.5 crore, they landlord is planning a civil suite to recover the rent from him, my question to what extent a court can go to recover rent arrears

IMOVABLE PROPERTIES
BANK ACCOUNTS
OTHER ASSETS
Or CAN EVEN BE SENT TO JAIL IN CIVIL EXECUTION
