Sir,
recently my daughter has completed her M Tech degree from Karnataka StateOpen University. Presently she is working as lecturer in an engineering college in Bangalore. The college authorities told her that the degree obtained from Karnataka StateOpen University is not valid as per AICTE. When sought clarification from the Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, Karnataka, they has replied that the information can not given under sec. 2(f) of the RTI Act 2005. Now where I have to approach to get clarification. My daughters future is now hanging with recognistion of her M Tech degree. Kindly help me.
