We have got judgement in our favour on June 2012. but till date we not yet received our original Documents(Sale Deed,Ect). the problem is other end Lawyer written a note as we go for appeal.
What we have to do now our Lawyer also not responding properly.

Change your lawyer, if s/he is not responding. Before that meet him/her personally to find out the reasons for not attending your case.

As advised change your lawyer and apply for return of documents as per the procedure meant for the purpose.
