Guys
I am really afraid of this IRBM. After having seen my aged father 67 years old arrested and detained for no fault of ours by a corrupt police I just cannot imagine giving money to the gal.
What are the provisions...really all property including my parents self acquired hard earned life time savings? CAnnot see this guys...there is no media coverage whatsoever on this...please help on the implications...

As of now no such law exists.
You have already faced the worst.
If you don’t feel like giving money for full and final settlement then fight the case.
If she is not working, you may need to give maintenance.
