Dear all,
A plot was given for development of an apartment with 50% share of builder and owner and builder was constructed two more floors in apartment apart from mentioned in the agreement and not gave any share from those flats., and also agreed for some construction work in agreement but it was also not done. actually agreement holder is handover the construction work to some of his relative and not known what hapend to this apartment
now Owner is asking for 50% share of those two floors as per mentioned in the agreement , that agreement holder of builder is saying he does not know anything ,, about the construction they even does not know those flats were saled on their name .
can owner can proceed for this flats ?
Is agreement holder can transfer or gift those flats to this owner (original documents of those flats with builder relative only)
please advise me i need your help
