halo sir according to land revenue code of madhya pradesh does any pvt ltd company form for agriculture purpose and registered in mp is freely allow to buy agriculture land for agriculture purpose .
2. And what is the land ceiling limit for pvt ltd company to own agriculture land purely for agriculture and horticulture in mp state.or land ceiling does not affect company thanks

As per my view.,in Gujarat after receiving permission from the district collector company can purchase land for idustrial purpose as well as any other purpose as deem fit and if land is below 10 hectare than district collector have power to sanction and if land is above 10 hactare than industrial commissioner have power to give permission.
