I have a house and i have no any childerns. I want that after my death my wife have full owner(100%) of this house. How is possible . pleae guide me. We taken opinion but there are some differences. Please tell What I do that my wife is full owner of this property.

If the flat stands only in your name as the sole owner then pl. file nomination form, in triplicate, with the society and take proper acknowledgement of the same.
Put your wife's name as the 100% beneficiary, in the form.
