dear sir /madam,
i had entered into an agreement with the Concorde green city since last 10 yrs back but so far i have not got executed the registered sale deed in view of the said plot...is their any limitation to get the registered sale deed please advice me...

there is no time limit as such. but if the conditions of the agreement provide for execution of the sale deed within a particular time limit or within the period of ATS, it has to be executed so. remember that it is always open to the opposite party to back out as the limitation of ATS is 3 years meaning thereby it expires after 3 years.
