As per my knowledge Bar Council does not recognize any distance education in LL.B.
Now LL.B. is practicle course for which classes and courts are to be attained.

Kurkshetra university does not provide any correspondance course in LL.B.
though few univs. provide LL.B in distance education programme but all these courses are academic in nature and are of 2 yrs duration and does not entitle the certificate holder to practice as a lawyer in any court of law.

yes kurukshetra university does not provide nor even maharishi dayanand university provides LLB thru distance education.mr. kiran's info is true

The Bar Council of India to my knowledge, so far not allowed students to be enrolled as Advocates, unless he or she complete the LL.B degree course as a regular law student of a recognised institution and not as a student of distant education.
