How can I get back the money I lend to a person

I went to a police station in Indore M.P. to register a complaint regarding recovery of Rs.5000 which I had lend to a person, but they refused to register it. I don't have any agreement's copy or bank's check. How can I recover the money.

Hello

It is very difficult to realise the money lend in the absence of any documents {promissory note or cheque leaves}. Still you can issue a legal  notice to the concerned person and wait for a reply to see whether he admits the borrowal.

Mr. Vinoba

Thanks a lot. I thought that I won't have any chances but now I will contact a local lawyer and issue a legal notice.

It is not possible to realize the money, which is given without any documentary proof.
