Dear Sir,

I have made an agreement to purchase a complex in India. Made the agreement and registered in Registrar office also.

By mutually both parties agreeing, I want to cancel the agreement. As I am working out of India I want to give my brother a POA to cancel the agreement and also to use the same POA to sign on Government Service application forms.

I nedd the exact POA format.

Kindly explain the procedures to be followed.

Regards

Sadakka

it is not a general power of  attorney.  It is a specific power of attorney.  The intention is only to cancel the agreement as per your wish.  you can executed an agreement containing the what ever conditions which may be just and necessary before the consulate of your country now working.  Then send it to your brother  in india with photos .  your brother will perfrom the remaining things(registration, and other things). further clarification contact me.
