Employee ill treatment

It is a case of office politics ( in a reputed organisation) where transfer takes place to accommodate interest of person closed to management decision making authority. As the person affected is Management staff category staff and Male and now put under severe ill treatment & mental torture, also documented by Doctor's prescription on health deterioration. But taking up the issue with local Mgt has not brought any result. Taking wih Board level may cost more damage, as you know Mgt has several avenues. Kindly advise urgently.

My Dear Friend,

Office Management politics is every where and cannot be eradicated. Whatever the management decides to do , they will do it  in the name of public interest. No use of complaining to higher authrities questioning any type of transfer. You have to  manage yourself  wih self control keeping always in mind about your family welfare in the larger interest. Please don't land in trouble, failing which you will be penalised by putting some blame or other, whether it is true or not.Please, be polite for some time, and the grievances will take its own time to solve at your satisfaction.  Forget about the happenings in the office, and meditate yourself  thinking your God, everything wil be alright in course of time.  Wish you Good Luck.
