Co-member

Hello,

I am buying the property which is society, land is owned by owner and he is constructing house. that is three floor bulding, two floors will be used by owner and one floor will be sold.

They will give me co-membership in society. What are the expected problems in this type of deal? what care is required if there are no problem?

Regards,

Milind

society can be formed by property and not by persons. You can execute a document, and you will get co-membership certificate.

Just confirm that whether you will get NOC from Society at later stage if you decide it to sale out and what are the memebrship charges for that particular society. Rest, There will be no any problem.
