Respectable Learned Members,
I have applied for certain documents in a family court of AP regarding a maintenance case. The concerned staff are not responding and the CA form is pending for 40 days.
Now can I apply for the same documents using RTI Application to the Court by mentioning that the way obtaining copies from CA department failed and I have taken recourse of this second method.
Could u please send the doc/link for the new CIC decision in which it ordered supreme court to supply the documents for RTI Application.
