for rti no question of third party can be raised.

if the person is indian citizen, the person fully entitled to get the information.

any how his wife may ask the same.

Arup ji, so can you have details of my saving or current account under RTI Act ?  Is it not a third party information for you?

If you are going to say "YES", it will be a good news for Dawood Inbrahim to know that who is having how much money and he can use the RTI Act to expand his business of extortion.  Yes, he is an Indian citizen and having all the rights equally.

IT IS KNOWN TO ME THAT RTI DO NOT ALLOW THIRD PARTY CONCEPT.

IF THE PERSON IS INDIAN CITIZEN AND THE SAID  INFORMATION COMES WITHIN THE ATTRACTION OF RTI, THEN THE INFORMATION TO BE GIVEN TO THE PARTY. NO THIRD PARTY CONCEPT ALLOWED IN RTI ACT.
