Pl file RTI application with the SPIO of Office of Sub Registrar under whose jurisdiction property is situated and give him copies of what ever papers/information U have to enable him to locate the property in his records. Pl also mention how you are interested in the info sought, other wise it would b treated as third party appln. Pl observe rules of the state where property is situated as to format, filing fee and mode of payment of fee etc. U may refer my files of RTI on this site for guidance. Good luck 2 U.
