RCR

esteemed lawyers of this forum pls answer.

my husband has filed for restitution for conjugal rights in gujarat.

he is a difficult man to live with. he always set rules for me when i was in my matrimonial home. his parents and sister are the same.

i am scared that he could try to kill me if i go back to live with him.

though i would like to stay a trial period of 3 months, i am still not sure.

can i petition the court and put some conditions before i stay with him?

i want to save my marriage but he is a stubborn man. even after i started living with my brother (parents are no more) for one year, he has not answered a single call of mine.

please advise me how to go about things.

File a petition under section 9 of HMA and during reconciliation put your terms an court shall try to get the desired results.

If uer husband had filed RCR and mention all the facts in ur written statement. The court would definitly find ou the way to save ur married life.

yes ms rakhi correct.

against his rcr, you file ws from your side, mentioning all his cruilties, desertation, and your condition to stay with him. you express your anxity, and threat to life. tell only the true things and not the imaginaries.
