R T I - Filing Second Appeal

19. Appeal.-

(6) An appeal under sub- section (1) or sub- section (2) shall be disposed of within thirty days of the receipt of the appeal or within such extended period not exceeding a total of forty- five days from the date of filing thereof, as the case may be, for reasons to be recorded in writing.

Doesn't this mean that -

second appeal can be filed even after the completion of 30 days ??

(i.e. - no need to wait for 15 days more)

here the applicant/appellant can claim that -

HE WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT EXTENDING THE TIME BEYOND 30 DAYS !!

(Generally the FAA never informs so)
