Query regarding negotiable instruments act

in case u/s 138 o N I Act filed by co-operative society. De-facto complainant is authorised by simple resolution to act as complainant do all types of court work in the proceedings. now court saying that resolution filed by the complainant is incomplet as de-facto complainant is not perticularly authorised to give evidence on behalf of society. what can i do. is there any case law to favour me
