Query regarding jurisdiction in consumer forum

My client has booked a room in Hotel situated at Jaipur from Jodhpur on Phone. Due to lack of services of hotel in Jaipur I have filed a complaint u/s 12 under consumer Protection Act, it is on admission stage of jurisdiction. 

Kindly help that room booked from Jodhpur by phone for Jaipur. Is any jurisdiction arise to produce complaint in Consumer Forum Jodhpur.
