Sir,
Our newly elected Society secretary has suddenly resigned just after a few days and in our housing Society committee all the other members are not interested in becoming a Secretary. I am being the honourary treasurer and our chairman are pursuing them to take that position. There are two ladies in the committee also who are basically senior citizen and are unable to handle this responsibilty.
In this situation can a coopt. member become a secretary? he is ready to shoulder the responsibilty and in the past he had managed the society affairs also when the Society was not formed.
I seek your guidance in this matter.
