Respected Sir / Madam,

I would like to seek advise from your good-self about the software backup being asked by the auditor for scrutiny. Hard copies are given but still auditor insist for backup of software.

Since years audits has taken place but no one asked such backup software files. This auditor is new and ask for it.

Kindly advice on giving backup files of software to the auditor for closing of financial year 2015 -2016.
