shrikant v. sathe (retired)     29 February 2016

Quarrel between husband and wife in the building

Sir ,

We have an apartment, in one of the flat the husband and wife  offen quarrel on major and minor issues. The voice of the quarrel is so loud that the residents in th apartment can not hear the voices of their own family members as well as can not hear tv and other vocal instrument. The wife always beat her husband declaring him as impotent and blame him for cheating about hiding his physical fault, he also uses bad words vise versa, this quarrel is continuing for 4 years. She also sacked her father in law who is 87 years old  from the flat. The flat is in the name of father in law.He is living in his brother's flat with is brother

Now we also told the father in law and his son who is the husband of the wife  to take legal action against her  but they are lingering to take the action. Now I am the secretary of the builiding ,we all are fed up about this quarrel which breaks our  peace of mind and common peace. What can I take the legal step for this?

You are not only a resident , but also  being a Secretary of the Apartment, have every right to lodge a complaint against the wife, who has been creating  nuicense for which the other inmates of the said Apartment, also facing such  problem, to the Police Station. The Police will take action against her, accordingly.

query is interesting bt at the same time feel presence of exageration about descripttion of level of voice. normally inmate of adjacent room of their flat can enjoy the telecasted programme. even one can enjoy it even in the loudness of sarvajanik programme.

the moment you complain then both will join against you.
